Kokeb Mining & Materials

A 367-hectare quarry. An operational crusher plant. A digital supply engine.

Kokeb Enterprises is a proudly Zambian, NCC Grade I infrastructure group. Our mining & materials operation pairs a producing quarry with purpose-built supply technology — and a group that consumes its own product on the roads, plants and buildings we deliver.

01 / The opportunity

Every road, mine and building in Zambia starts with crushed rock.

Zambia's Northwestern mining corridor is expanding, and with it the demand for roads, hardstands, concrete and the aggregates beneath them all. Kokeb has grown alongside that corridor for years — building for the mines, opening the roads, and watching materials supply remain the bottleneck.

We are closing that bottleneck ourselves: our own quarry and crusher plant, our own fleet and depots, our own distribution software — anchored by demand we already generate as one of the region's established contractors.

02 / The asset

367 hectares. A plant that is already producing.

The Kokeb quarry site spans 367 hectares with an operational quarry and crusher plant producing aggregates for road construction, concrete and mine infrastructure. This is not a greenfield pitch — the plant runs, product moves, and investment scales what already works.

Built-in demand

Kokeb's own projects consume aggregates daily; external customers are served through the Kokeb Materials platform.

03 / The platform

A quarry with software most producers don't have.

Kokeb Materials is our purpose-built supply platform. Every tonne is governed from first quote to final proof — pricing, credit, stock reservation, dispatch, GPS tracking, weighbridge records and signed proof of delivery — with mobile-money payment collection built in.
